Who we are
Rire&Co is the resale shop of The Elementals Laundry, located at 3330 Cobb Pkwy NW, Suite 344, Acworth, GA 30101. This policy covers rireandco.com and the information you share with us in our store. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean Rire&Co and The Elementals Laundry.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address if your order is shipped.
- When you create an account: your name, email and password, plus your order history.
- When you use our forms: the details you enter in our drop-off request or contact forms, such as your name, phone, email and a description of your items.
- When you consign with us: your contact details, the items you bring in, their sale prices, and the payout information needed to pay you.
- Automatically, when you visit the site: basic technical information like your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and cookies, as described below.
How we use it
- To process and fulfill your orders, including local pickup and shipping
- To handle returns and refunds
- To run consignment, track your items and send your payouts
- To respond to drop-off requests, questions and messages
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To send you updates or offers, but only if you’ve agreed to receive them. You can opt out anytime.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted services that help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:
- PayPal, to process payments securely
- Shipping carriers, to deliver shipped orders
- WordPress, WooCommerce and Jetpack (Automattic), which power our website, store, forms and site statistics
- Google, for the map on our Contact page and the fonts used on our site
- Law enforcement or authorities, only when required by law

We keep order and consignment records for as long as we need them for business, tax and accounting purposes. Form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you. If you’d like your account or information deleted, just ask, and we’ll remove anything we aren’t legally required to keep.
