If you’ve browsed the Rack, you’ve noticed it: a small tan tag with a number on it. That number is the heart of what makes Rire&Co different.
Where the number comes from
When someone drops off clothes at a dry cleaner, each order gets a claim ticket. The customer keeps one half, and the other stays with the garment. When an item is never picked up, that ticket stays with it. At Rire&Co, we keep that number with every unclaimed piece as it moves to the Rack.
Why it matters
- It tells the item’s story. Every piece had a life before it reached you, and the ticket is a small reminder of that.
- It shows where it’s been. A ticketed piece came through a professional cleaner, not a donation bin.
- It makes each piece one of one. No two tickets are the same, and neither are the clothes they belong to.
A ticket nobody came back for
That’s our whole idea in one line. These clothes were cared for, cleaned and pressed, and then they waited. Instead of letting them go to waste, we give them a second chance with someone who will wear them.
Every piece here has a ticket nobody came back for. Now it’s yours to claim.
